Colour liner is a quick and simple way to update your beauty look. And if youre feeling bold, try a screaming blue liner, use it under your eyes as a liner and on your eyelid. If this is a little too much pop for your liking, then go for a natural eye shadow and just incorporate the trend with the coloured eyeliner.

Steps

Step 1: Start off with a smoth base. Use a primer all over the eyelid and up to the below. Apply a wash of coloured eye shadow in the same shade, or lighter than your liner, over the eyelids using a soft brush.

Step 2: Use highlighter or a shimmer eye shadow on the liner corners of each eye. This helps to brighten the look.

Step 3: Now its time to apply eyeliner. If you're not brave enough to apply liquid eyeliner, start off with pencil eyeliner or dab a damp, flat eyeliner brush into your eye shadow. Line all around the eyes, including the waterline.
